Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with focus, or navigating intense mood swings? You don’t have to walk this path alone. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I am here to help you feel like yourself again.
With 15 years of experience as an APRN in oncology, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply physical and mental health are connected. That experience ignited a passion for treating the whole person, leading me to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I specialize in supporting children and adults, offering a warm, non-judgmental space to navigate mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety.
I understand that asking for help can feel daunting. My goal is to make our sessions feel conversational, comfortable, and collaborative. We will work together to create a personalized, evidence-based plan focusing on coping strategies and, if needed, medication management that empowers you or your child to live a more balanced life.
If you are looking for a provider who genuinely cares about both your physical and emotional well-being, I would love to connect. I am currently accepting new clients. Let’s start this journey together.

Haley Pittman received her Physician Associate degree from Boston University, which is further strengthened by her Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry. Haley knows that compassion, empathy, and active listening are the key cornerstones to her years of patient-centered mental healthcare. She is committed to embracing and celebrating diversity, especially the LGBTQ+ community. When she isn’t working, Haley enjoys theatre, painting, and all things Halloween.

Katlyn is a warm, insight-oriented therapist who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely safe, seen, and understood. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, bringing a unique lens to understanding how life experiences, relationships, and environments shape emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in a whole-body healing perspective, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the experience of stress, trauma, and chronic illness.
She enjoys working with teens and adults navigating trauma, OCD, anxiety disorders, chronic health conditions, and life transitions. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, she tailors therapy to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches while remaining collaborative, honest, and compassionate in her style. She believes therapy should feel like a partnership—one that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with animals and thrifting, interests that reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and finding value in the unexpected.
